I was introduced to Lewis by a very close friend who told me this man will be perfect for me, how right she was. I was at a low point in life and almost back to my heaviest weight, I thought things couldn't get worse, then we went into lockdown and into a global pandemic!!! But, Lewis was there, at first messages, food diaries and zoom workouts and then as the weight came off, the humour was added, lockdown eased, he got to know me... then the magic happened. I started to find what I loved both food and exercise wise,  who know lifting weights could be such fun, and I turned a corner, finally succeeding and ready to face some of the other aspects of my life. I am almost there with my weight loss now 2 stone lighter, its tough and some days it certainly feels like I've forgotten everything Lewis has said, but through being honest, talking all the time and our regular sessions not only does he believe in me but I'm starting to believe in myself, and that I may just crack this!

I’ve been having Personal Training  sessions with Lewis for a few years now and I thoroughly recommend him and the services he provides. His knowledge is intense and he caters your programme around your needs and what you want to achieve which is exactly why I went to him.
