Functional Fitness Class Memberships ​

At Fit Creatures we are dedicated to building a community of fitter, healthier and stronger people.

Our Functional fitness Classes are programmed around movements that we use every day, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This builds strength, fitness, endurance, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings not only inside the gym but outside as well.

​

As functional fitness uses muscle groups across the whole body it is beneficial to most people no matter what their fitness goal is. It supports fat loss whilst building lean muscle.

  • Build to Burn  Our signature strength training classes are here to not only help you become stronger than ever but to help you reach your body composition goals. Resistance training is proven to help get the best results when it comes to building your best-looking body.  Think Kettlebells, Power bags, bodyweight exercises and more. Focusing on Functional Fitness Movements. Want to become stronger than ever? Make sure you attend this class.

 

  • Power and Explode METCON (Metabolic Conditioning) for maximum calorie burn. A combination of cardio, weights and body-weight exercises. This is the class you want to burn calories!

 

 

  • Tough and Muddy no matter the weather we’ll be outside flipping tires, smashing battle ropes, running, throwing slam balls and more. A fun and exciting way to continue to build strength and burn fat. Time for warrior mode.

 

  • Core my Legs and Bum This is a short but sweet class dedicated to building your best core, legs and bum. Let’s face it, who doesn’t want a great abs, legs and bum.

 

 

  • Circuits  Our signature Saturday Circuit is a combination of all our classes. Building on the movements you’ve been learning all week for maximum strength and cardio gains. Time to build muscle and burn fat. This is run to a clock so no need to count reps just work hard and chat with friends.

 

  • Rest and Recover We finish the week with our short stretch and mobility class to help aid recovery and gain the best results from the work we’ve put in.

  3. Coaching – Ever been in the gym wondering if you’re doing the exercise correctly? Wonder no more, our coaches are here to teach you in every class. Come to train to be better not just to workout.

  4. Variety – Our classes weather you’re doing a METCON session, HIIT session, Tabata, Strength session or endurance session you can guarantee no two classes will be the same.

  5. FUN, FUN, FUN – whether you join with friends or on your own it won’t be long before you feel like part of a community of friends who all train hard together whilst having FUN.
