About Coach Lewis 

Sport and challenging myself physically has always played a huge part in my life. I entered the fitness industry as a Sports Coach working with young athletes to develop their skills and promote a positive relationship with sport and exercise.

Following my passion for sports Performance, I decided to further my career by studying Personal Training and Nutrition. As a coach I have had the pleasure of working in various countries with a range of clients from young athletes to working professionals. I am passionate about helping people achieve their sporting and body composition goals through evidence-based practice in a healthy and realistic time-frame.
